Our Incorporation Services Process

Once you are ready to move forward with the business incorporation process, the following are the steps you will go through as you work with us:

  1. As a starting point, you can choose any one of the links below to download and print a datasheet complete with the questions we'll be asking as part of the order process.

  2. Once you have your information ready, visit our easy to use online incorporation services order form. Or, if you prefer to order by phone, our customer service team is available to assist you Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM central time.
  3. After we receive your order, our quality control team makes sure that all the information you’ve provided is in line with the requirements dictated by the appropriate state agency.
  4. Once your order has been reviewed by our quality control team, we perform a preliminary name availability search in the state in which you'd like to form your business. If your first name choice isn't available, we'll use your second choice and of course we'll contact you immediately if we learn that neither choice is available.
  5. Then, we prepare and file your articles of incorporation (for corporations) or articles of organization (for LLCs) with the appropriate state agency.
  6. Finally, after your formation paperwork is approved by the state and received back by BizFilings, we scan the documents into our Online Corporate Status Center where you can access them to download and print at any time. Also, we ship these documents to you. If your formation order includes a corporate or LLC kit and seal, you will receive that package separately shortly thereafter.

At any time after your order has been placed, you can check its status 24/7 by logging into the Online Corporate Status Center.
