EXCEPT FOR THE SPECIFIC GUARANTEE SET FORTH ABOVE, BIZFILINGS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT WILL BIZFILINGS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY FILING ERRORS THAT RESULT FROM CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION.  BIZFILINGS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU AND/OR ANY ENTITY FORMED BY YOU FOR FILING DEFECTS CAUSED BY BIZFILINGS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE.  IN NO EVENT WILL BIZFILINGS' DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS OR ADVISORS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INCONVENIENCE RELATING TO DEFECTIVE FILINGS, AND IN NO EVENT WILL OUR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND INCLUDE ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.
