A. A Partnership Kit is a binder that contains essential items for the routine maintenance and administration of a limited liability partnership (LLP) or limited partnership (LP). Partnership Kits include a sample operating agreement, sample minutes, partnership certificates, a partner listing and a Partnership Seal.

Q. Can I purchase a Partnership Seal separately?
A. The seal is included in our Partnership Kit or you can purchase it as a stand-alone item if desired. The cost of the Partnership Seal as a stand-alone item is $40.
